Hi, this is my first post so please be gentle!! I was wondering if anybody knows what a 'vocational education teacher' is? My dilema is; i finish a foundation degree in may (in Education) and i work as a Senior Teaching Assistant (managing a team of 10 Teaching assistants) i have loads of experience teaching as i work as a sort of supply teacher and specialize in SEN. I have been working to get QTS in the U.K to then emigrate to Brisbane as a Teacher, until two individuals at uni told me that our Profession is recognised in aus but under a different description. Can anyone assist me with this problem because if we can apply now we will stuff waiting and i will possibly continue to study in aus. There is such limited info available!
