Good shopping Mall. Lovely rivercat ride to Sydney Harbour. But haven't actually looked around the residential area.

Cheers jo

Parramatta has a great history. Close to Hills district which is a fantastic residential area.

Parramatta is like the Croydon of Sydney. Plenty of work around there as companies relocate due to the rents in the CBD. Just like Croydon Parramatta has good and bad areas. If you like big Westfields (hell on earth for me) there is one there and all the facilities including a DIMIA office. The place is a public transport hub but the traffic in the area is not pretty.

Personally I find the place a bit too much like Croydon and not for me.

The place is a bit like the Sydney Croydon too.
I have relatives there (Harris Park) and hated driving there with a passion.
