Parking Fines (Over Time Parking)

Hi,

There was no parking meter in the car park. The car park was near to the train station and I got a parking fine of $75.There was nothing to record the car parked and its timings. What will happen if I don't pay the fine? What does the court do in this regard?Do you have to personnaly attend court hearings?

Please comment and suggest and experiences and solutions?

Thanks

There should be an address on the back of the ticket you can write aletter of explanation to. Do this ASAP, before it goes to court.
