Question Parent Migration

My parents wish to migrate to Oz when I do. They could wait the 2 years for me to sponsor them but fail the balance of family means test (1 child will be in Oz 3 wont). Could I put them down as a dependent on my visa application? Would this affect my chance of getting a visa or would a visa be issued allowing 4 adults to enter Oz? Don't know of any other way round. Not enough income on their pension for a retirement visa.

It would be very difficult to prove dependency especially for a couple.

Even if you could and put them on your application and then one failed the medical or other requirement then you would all fail (as I understand it).
Not an easy one this.

They haven't got much chance unless one of your siblings also migrates to Australia - then the balance of family test is met (2 in Aus, vs 2 overseas) and Contributory Parent becomes a possibility.
