parent contributory visa

my parents are hoping to go out to australia on a parent contributory vise and my father is taking losec for his stomach (acid) and alipuronc for gout and blood pressure tablets.All these tablets keep his condition under control but will all this go against him when he has his meds.If anyone could help it would be greatly appriciated.
