Packers finished!!!

Packers finished!!!
thats us, yes we've finally done the last of it this weekend, furniture and all, still have beds, settee and kitchen stuff as borrowed some and Mum and Dad bought our place as investment so leaving older furniture to help them out and we need some new stuff!!!
Its been ongoing for a while but so pleased to see last box being loaded into van.........polishing off wine rack to celebrate......G loads container Tues pm at shipping company depot and then we can watch it sail down the Solent (got great views from house) on Sunday morning...................
can't believe we've got so much stuff and we dumped and sold lots too, although will not have too much household purchasing expense other end.........he indoors thinks

Hi,
It must be a big weight of your shoulders seeing it all packed and on its way.
Our stuff goes 4 weeks tomorrow, we have spent the entire weekend just doing out the shed and clearing out daughters bedroom, god the amount of stuff we got rid of was unbelievable, didn't know we had half the things....
Starting on our bedroom today, im sure by the time our removals come we will finally be sorted.

Our's been on the ocean for a week and a half!!
Nah, just kidding, good on ya! That's a lot of the hassle gone, now you can concentrate on other stuff

Ours is being shipped 5 weeks today - cleared out the garage yesterday! On this subject our stepladder is diggered in paint splashes - take it or leave it?
Also patio heater - sell or ship? (Perth too).
Any cleaning tips would be great Swifts.
So this is your last week here? Enjoy.

so long as both been cleaned and disinfected, we used jeyes fluid and it stinks!!!! don't see any problem there....
so pleased its all done now, feels never ending at times but pleased as we won't need to buy too much when we get a house now.
