Oz: Time left to Passport Expiry
 

Is there a minimum time you must have left on your passport when going to Australia on a 457 Long-Term Business Visa ? I believe I only have 2 years left on my passport, whereas the 457 can be for up to 4 years.

Visa validity is not generally dependent on passport validity. If your passport
expires before your visa does, you can simply carry old and new passports together or
get your visa re-evidenced in your new passport. There may be a fee charged for this.
