Thanks everyone, i guess it would be pretty stressul to try and do it all in 3 weeks etc!

It wasnt out initial idea to buy during reccie, just an idea, and i'm really grateful for everyones input. Maybe was just running away with the excitement of it all!

We plan to use the reccie to look at out short list of suburbs and schools etc, and well as trying to make it a holiday for our 2 girls, so think will take a step back and enjoy it!

Hopefully our property will sell here quick'ish and then we can decide what to do with funds.
