thoroughly agree, but nice to know what we will get collared for!!
looking forward to cancelling my £129 a month council tax direct debit and telling the council where to put it (politely of course!!)
Is water metred? i noticed a couple of people said it was a set tax, but had to pay extra if they "go over"
