Oz easier than nz?

Oz easier than nz?
Hi there, we currently have an application in with immigration new zealand, my wife has a job offer in new zealand but the process so far is torture, after 4 weeks verifying the job offer met anzsco requirements, they are now scrutinising the company offering the job, and this is just for the privelege of applying!!
Quick question, is Oz harder or easier to gain entry than Nz , as we love Oz as well and are starting to get a bad feeling about our nz application.
