Hi, I used to live in Belgium and was wondering if any of you good people know how I can go about getting my police check detials from there - without having to go-over myself (is it even possible)? I would really appreciate any advice as I know from experience what a yawn Belgium bureaucracy is.

Yes, that link is to a page on the Immigration website, www.immi.gov.au
The page that it takes you to is the page that gives details of how to get the type of police check required for immigration to Australia - if you scroll through it you will find Belgium listed, and it tells you how to get a police check if you are outside of Belgium
