Overseas Landlord...how??
Does anyone know the implications (tax etc) of moving to either Aus or NZ and retaining properties in the UK which would be rented/leased to provide an income?
In a nutshell, I am considering retaining property in the UK to provide a source of income when we ‘move’. I was just wondering if anyone here has done this, and if so, what is the best way in which to operate, presuming the properties are ‘managed’ by a reliable ‘letting agent’
