Default Outrage seven network

I have just been watching a movie on the seven network and their commercials came on. The network are advertising a new programme up and coming called something like 'city murder' or city mystery. At the beginning of the advert they say this; ' this is not liverpool 1993 but Melbourne now' It shows two children hand in hand with a little boy who's name is Jamie. Now towards the end of the advert they mention classic and one not to be missed!

How dare they even use this dead little boy's name in the name of entertainment! This child was tortured and brutally murdered.

Not a 'fair go' Seven!!!!!

It was for the City Homicide series.
It did show what appeared like the original footage, but didn't actually mention any name. At least not on the advert that I saw.

When a toddler goes missing, the case is handed over to Homicide when all hope is lost.

It's nothing new. There have been movies and TV programs made based on real cases for as long as there has been drama.

Having just seen the advert for the show I didn't hear any names mentioned at all.

That case will be raw in 100 years. Shocking.
