Out of Interest?
For those of you who have invested in an Aussie bond and didn't have the $100 000 under the mattress, and took an advance on your mortgate.....a few questions:
a did you disclose to your mortgage company what you were borrowing the money for?
b did it cost a lot?
c what are early settlement fees of mortgages valued at these days?
