Received a letter this morning asking our assuror to lodge the bond, and telling us to send proof of this and our passports for our visas, and that we have to be in OZ, by 16 April 03!!!!!!!!!

No just those who need 5 points for deposting a $100k bond, or those who have an assurer bond to pay..
