Did nobody tell you that it rains in WA. Joking aside, the rain is much needed here in Perth. Water levels are well down.

Looks exactly like our plot in Springfield Lakes!!!!!!!!!!Plans just been approved so hopefully when the next photos come from my brother-in-law there MAY be signs of work (even if it is only the staking out 
).The little boy is absolutely gorgeous BTW.

lol - I got told off for calling 'em plots. Aussie mate said a plot was something they dig six feet down and bury you in - a block was something you built on.
