My English Springer is being treated for 'poorly ears' - a well known trait in the breed, the vet is now recommending removing part or all of his inner ear to cure the problem - will this affect him coming to Oz hopefully in the next six months......................

As long as the dog can still fly after the operation, then no problem (I know that some "human ear problems" mean a person can no longer travel by plane, so ask your vet if the dog can still travel by plane.)

Thanks Gina - just wondered if it was worth paying the £200 per month for his tablets or to go for the op now - just dont want it to hold us back in any way - poor little thing
