I've never been one for the midday sun, but I enjoyed being able to walk about yesterday without the need for 5 layers including a heavy fleece, and a sheepskin coat. And here in Melbourne we're at the cold end of Aus, and our winter starts on Wednesday. Couldn't imagine doiong that in England at the end of November....
