Default One way travel insurance

Hi
How long do you need one way travel insurance for?
We are family of 5, (three sons aged 11, 9 and 5). We fly to Perth
on 15th August. Not sure how long you need insurance for.
Thanks
Sharon.

I understand that most One Way travel insurance policies terminate when you enter the country, ie get you passport stamped.
We used Go Walkabout because they give you 17 days when you arrive, which will cover car hire, loss of belongings etc etc all of which will be un insured until you get some content insurance on a house.

Hope this helps.

I understand that it is valid until you get the Mornington Crescent.
