Default Teenagers

I have heard in New Zealand its 15 which is lunacy if correct
Even worse is they get 2 years' more practice driving and can still be so crap. If you've ever visited New Zealand you'll know what I mean.

BTW - the fact that teenagers may be pissed off may be more to do with age than location.

3 girls went back, son 22 has a partner and a 2 year old son, so will stay here for now.
