OMG Surveyor is here!!
He has just turned up and is gonna be here for.......two & half bloody hours :scared: :scared: :scared: just our luck for our buyers to have the full works. Our last one was here for one hour...thought that was long enough!!

He`s gone....thank god!!!
I know... he said that all he can tell me is that he can give the ok to their mortgage comp but cant say anything else

good luck with the survey outcome.. we are now waiting for our buyer to arrange the survey.. we want it done this week, as our movers are coming next week!!! :scared:

Hi there Sue,
We have ours due on Thursday morning, only a brief one we are led to believe (45 mins tops he said) Hopefully they will pass everything okay (we had a remortgage one completed 18 months ago) and it is onwards and upwards as they say
We have asked our solicitors for a May 4th completion, not looking good at the moment though.
Anyway good luck with yours.

good luck with survey, thats the bit I am dreading as live in a 100 year old terrace- no damp or subsidence but they'll find a crack in the plaster, and say its subsidence- what do they expect???!!
