The problem they have is that they cannot offload 7 or 8 players right away and expect to get quality in, without bursting the bank again which they have done twice ot thrice in my memory.

I also wouldnt expect the same influence on that pool of players as Smith had on the national side. The players started playing for pride and a belief in something with the national side. What will he motivate these guys on? Most of them just dont 'get' the whole OF thing.

congrats sunny well done .when do you think you will be there. one of my friends is a gers supporter and he is hoping to go to brisbane he is joining the gers supporters team over there they may have one in syndey. they where quite helpful given him information about best places to stay, schools and putting him int ouch with people of his and his wifes trade. But i suppose as you will have your brother to help you wont be needing it help like that. good luck anyway

We are looking to move around the end of June/July. My Brother and his wife is coming over late April so we want to be here to see them before we head back to theirs shortly after;) i will definitely keep in touch with whats happening with the Gers when we move, we did manage to watch a couple of games when we were over last time and from what i seen, there is quite a support over there. I know that i will get lot of help from big Bro but to be honest i think i will only look for it if i find myself between a brick wall and hard place, i.e Brick wall and the missus in a bad mood:D
