Just put ours on the market yesterday, won't count our chickens yet but hoping to make a good profit. All the experts say house prices in our area to fall. Fingers crossed.

Not enough ! and what we do have not sure we want to risk investing it in Australia. might wait for market to level out and invest in another property here.

Unfortunatly....i have a big fat 0, as i don't own a house
Someone a work bought her house in Islington 30 years ago for £6000, and had the mortgage payed off within 5 years. Her house is now valued at over £700k. Now thats what i call a good profit !

Good Poll subject, it was done a while ago too. However the categories are a bit low. 200,000 pound would hardly buy a house in many areas of OZ now.
How about putting a few higher categories.
200-300,000 pound
300-400,000 pound
Over 500,000 pound
Over one million pound
Good poll but why only cater for the lower brackets.

You are far too bright for the rest of the runts , those that have made real money in the UK will lose it here.
