Oil and gas Western Australia

I’d like a little advice regards visa application. I am looking for opportunities in oil and gas out of Perth. I require a sponsor for my visa. Do I wait until I have secured a sponsor before completing visa application?

also could anybody offer any advice for best sites to look or agents to contact for oil and gas jobs in WA?

As for finding employers who will sponsor - use your linkedin network, try Seek, or google recruiters who might be able to help.

There are some upgrade projects for NW shelf operations underway but they are not massive and there will be enough local people to do the work

Gorgon has $5b of upgrades in the pipeline so there may be opportunities in the near future
