Oh My God..............
a little white envelope was waiting for me when I got home from work. My hands were shaking when I opened it.
WE GOT OUR VISA'S - HIP, HIP, BLOODY, HIP, HIP, HOOOOORRRAAAHHHHHH!!!!!
Massive mix of emotions. Excitement, Relief, Nervousness, Joy, Elation, Shock.
YIPPPPEEEEE
It's finally real - thank God as we sold our house and moved in to rented at the weekend!
I love you all - I love this forum. Thanks to everyone for all your help and support. Couldn't have done it without you.
Timelines will be updated next but are roughly as follows:

Submitted application to Dimia e.of October
Got STNI beg. of Nov and notified Dimia
Police Checks sent off unrequested beg of Dec.
Medicals done in Jan and sent off on 12th Feb
Visa's received yesterday, granted on 22nd Feb
Must enter country 29/11/04
Our new life awaits us xxx

Thanks - I'm just buzzing! We are thinking of going over for a holiday in June/July time. Plan to emigrate end of October. We would go sooner but I want to be in the UK for my Mum's 60th bday.
