Offer made on house
Well we had a viewing today and within a few hours an offer has been made.
Its a little bit below asking price, but an opening offer. We shall try to get them to go up a bit.
Its has become obvious this evening that everything is becoming more of a reality and we are talking of booking flights and things now!!!!

MY god!!!! grab it mate - a little below asking price is pretty good when you consider some of the crap offers people have been getting. go for it!!!!!!

Thats brilliant. I hope they increase the offer a bit, if not I'm with Rooksie. People have been getting ridiculous offers or none at all

GOd i am beginning to stress about selling our house and it's not even on the market yet :scared:
not putting it on till Feb!!!!! as not putting visa application in till end of Nov, plus it gives us time to finish decorating from having extension put on 4 years ago
Please tell me the market will get better"!!!!!!

Me too, no offers, decorated the whole house, reduced by £10k. Am just going to sit it oiut now and wait for a decent offer. Got nothing to lose. Just a delay in going!!!

quite a few viewing but no offers until today.
Today I had two viewing, however, the first one didnt turn up! cock up by the estate agent, they are now coming on Tuesday afternoon.
The viewing for the weekend are now over. So I have the rest of the weekend free.
