Off for a walk......
Got the week off, Doctor said job was pushing my blood pressure up so signed me off for a week and said take `gentle excercise`
Bought myself a `Bonus Buddy` from weight watchers. Shows you how many steps you have taken and if you are really lucky then you get a bonus point.!
Tuesday I walked from Copnor bridge, down Tangiers road, to the eastern road, left all the way up Eatern road, crossed over,then walked all the way down the shoreline to milton road, passed StMarys, passed the prison and back to Copnor Brisdge.
Those of you who know pompey will know its a bloody long walk.
Couldnt believe it when I saw I only earned myself 1 bonus point. That is the equivalent of one slice of bread, or half a packet of crisps.
Oh well, here I go again, this time in the pissing rain!!

I'll lend you my dog for a week or so if you want - she gets the weight off like nothing else as she ideally wants to be walked ALL BLOODY DAY!

Dont really fancy it as it is pissing with that horrible fine rain, but blood pressure is a bit high and my arse is a bit fat, and I really do want that visa so off I go!!!!
