What do *no rainchecks mean???

I have looked at one or two sites now and especially Kmart, they seem to have lots of these signs after special sale prices.

Please can some one tell me what this means.

If an item is on sale, but the store runs out of the item before the sale period is over, you can often get a "raincheck", which is usually a piece of paper that enables you to get that sale price on the item even after the promotion is over.

No rainchecks means that the sale is good while supplies last.
