We are just about to apply for a work defferal visa through PR. Does anyone know how long this is taking at the moment through London?

No specific info myself but as you didn't get a reply yet, I remember a few months back someone on this board said it took about 4 weeks. I think you should feel happy to phone NZIS and ask them as they are a friendly helpful bunch and it certainly won't prejudice your application.
