NZ points for education

NZ points for education
It states in the NZ immigration website that maximum points for qualification is 12 points. I have qualifications of Bachelors degree from India that scores 10 points and honours degree that scores 10 points from Australia. So can I consolidate these as 12 points ?

Usually the maximum points for a bachelor's degree and a honours degree is 11 points.
Note that many overseas honours degrees are not seen in NZ as an 'advanced'
qualification that scores 11 points.
