It is provided you have a job. I contacted agents and got them on the case before I left. I came to NZ with a job but never having stepped in the country. Did all the interviews over the phone and in London offices.

Biggest problem is getting agents to take you seriously as they don't waste time on you when you decided to cancel your emigration at the last minute with cold feet...

Yes for sure, there are alot of immigration agents who don't know what they are doing, just trying to make a buck.
