Is NZ easier to get into than OZ?
Hi
I seem to be unable to find much info about Skilled migration to NZ,
I have a masters degree and loads of other IT qualifications, but miss the OZ points system by 5 points..
Hows it work for NZ?
thanks
Cliff

Try this link..
http://www.immigration.govt.nz/Migrate/
everything you needed to know!
In terms of it being easier or not - I coildn't say but it has got harder to get into NZ with the new SMC rules which came in a couple of months ago.
Your main aim should really be to get a job offer - the door is more easily barged open if you do!
Good luck!

I got in. He didn't He then opted for NZ and got in there Having said this......Pollster indicates rules have changed so not sure if above still stands
Advice would be to get a good migration agent to help determine the game ahead & strategic stance you need to take
Hope this helps

BTW: From my mate in NZ. He's extremely happy he went to NZ. Turns out it's not second choice. You may enjoy it!
