NRL1 when not using a letting agent
 

We're going to be renting our property out when we move to Oz but have decided against using our letting agent to manage the property.

Is it down to us to tell our tenants to pay us rent with the tax deducted ?....or do we just let them pay us gross and then complete a tax return at the end of the year.
