Now the fun can begin
Hi All
Well, hubby got his passport back yesterday with his visa in it - hurrah! We have to validate by Jan 24th, 2004 but we will be out way before then, the cats meds have to be valid for the 30 days that they are in quarantine so they must leave in Dec at the latest.
Phew, I have got sooooooo much to do now! Hubby has been making lists and saying "we must do this, dear" and I'm trying to keep my temper and thinking "What the hell do you think I've been doing this past year??". Sorting my Oz passport out, getting his precious visa, shopping like crazy as all the ladies point out that the shopping is crap in Oz, sorting the cats out with all their shots and permits etc, getting quotes for shipping, generally planning what finances we will have/need......its no wonder I'm going prematurely gray!
And of course, various family members want to squeeze in one last Florida holiday before we leave on top of everything else. And we have a second property to buy (contract pending), fix up and sell aswell as our own house....where will I find the time and energy? I just know it will all be worth it in the end!

Ha, ha - I should get a medal from Mr Bush himself for my ultimate sacrifice of keeping the US economy afloat!!
