I have posted on here already asking for info on either Porter Davis or Northridge and got good feedback about Porter Davis.We have paid the $600 depoist and were all set to go ahead then this weekend Northridge called to say there was a home near comletion with extras added that might suit us we went along for a look and really liked it and as a result are both really confused about what to do next.The only thing we are sure of is we need to decide very quick

Please help

I wouldnt investigate on here, if you are after pertinent info, ask both builders for 5 previous customers details, and contact THEM !!

Why not go to Northrige, tell them you've already put a $600 deposit down with Porters and say if you'll give us the $600 off your house we'll have it ?!!!!!

....or go to Porter and tell them you are being offered all these extras for the same price by Northrige and ask if they can match it ?!!!!!
