Going by the responses to the poll it looks like the most popular date is May 20th.

So, The meet will be on May 20th at 2pm.

As for the venue, I am from further South and dont know anywhere in Durham or that way.

Suggestions please.

Not too far North please to be fair on those of us who live in Teesside.

Its on May 20th at 2pm. Venue undecided at the minute but it looks like its going to be a Brewers Fayre in Durham as thats been the only suggestion so far. There's a link on one of the threads but not sure which one. Will have a look later and post it on here. Will need to see if its easy to find and not too far from Teesside!! Sounds ok though

Dont panic, from Durham bus station there are regular buses to the Arniston shopping center that stop outside the brewers fayre, not sure of the actual bus numbers, but i could try and find out.

Its getting a bit close now so thought I'd better make some final arrangements for the meet!! Sorry I've been a bit slow but have been away and then on nights so havent had much chance to get it sorted

The meet will be as follows:

May 20th 2pm at The Brewers Fayre pub in the Arniston Centre, Durham.

I have no idea where that is , but I'm sure Geordie Mandy will help us out. It is actually on the Brewers Fayre website and it has a little map on there (if I remember rightly)

I hope theres plenty of you who can make it. It'll be nice to meet a few of the newer members and some of the old timers
