No longer plastered!

Wahey!

Just got back from the Doc's and my torn ligament in my thumb has done its repairing job so I am now plaster-free!

I can shower without a plastic bag!

I can go swimming!

I can do the washing up!:(

The ligament/tendon is very stiff and the bruising is still there (6 weeks later) but I might have complete use of my hand back in a month!

:beer: to celebrate required, I think.

It's hubby who is gagging! Apparently I am not so 'skilled' with my left hand as with my right so he is going to be chuffed to bits ( and will no doubt suggest some exercises to get the ligment loosened up a bit!);)
