A No 69 extra hot please
Got our meds tomorrow first thing,so I thought i'd better get organised....lots of water....cut me toe nails.....have a nice shave and a soak...HHmmm me belly rumbles so I'll order some nosh.....

King Prawn and Chicken Garlic and Chilli Balti(extra hot)
Garlic Nan
Vegtable Basmati Rice
MMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm......along with the Beans on Toast I had at lunch ----Im stewing nicely
