Default Newbie - Got a chance

Hi all
i have been researching for a while and am so confused. I am a finance manager but mainly qualified by experience. I run an accounts team and look after 14 staff. I would like to move to Aus with my hubby and 5 year old daughter. My work has a head office in Sydney so possibly could transfer or move and look for another company? Does it sound like we have a chance based on skills and experience?

Your situation is compiles due to not being qualified and I would recommend speaking to a registered migration agent

If you transferred with your company it would only be a temporary visa with no guarantee you could ever become permanent. As you arent really qualified in terms of academic qualifications your employer would need to demonstrate that they couldnt fill the position with local applicants and that could be tricky. As has been said your best bet is to talk to a registered agent.
