Question New Year resolutions

hello everyone,
with the end of the year fast approaching i thought i'd ask what your new year resolutions are?
mine is to stop worrying and stressing about things i can't change.... oh and to be more patient as i am in for a long wait for the visa!
best wishes

If you do that, how many hours a week do you think you will save, to spend on the beach ?

Look what happens when you try. Pop your head out of the hole and some Americans come and take you away.

Same as always:

Drink less
Smoke less
Lose 10lbs/get fitter
Get early nights
Cook more interesting food
Hang my clothes back up immediately
Read more mind-expanding books/newspapers etc etc etc

Will usually manage this for up to a week then revert to type ie none of the above, feel guilty, and then forget about it!

That used to be pretty much the same as what I would try. Now I've given up trying and feeling disappointed. No will power

Cant decide whether to give up smoking or try to lose some weight, both are impossible I think?
Maybe if I spend lots of time at my (non-smoking) gym I could do both?
