Question New type visa

Hi

After recent postings re my tra and loads of helpful comments back i called Zeno from "Ian Harrop Assosciates". Zeno called me back and confirmed that my tra would be a difficult case because of the career path i have taken.

However he commented on a new visa comeing out 01 July 2004.

Only got a few details

Sort of based on skilled Independeant but not as many ponts

3 year temporary but apply for residence after 2 whilst still in Oz.

Trying to find more info.

Anyone know anything ?????

Simon

It is early days and I doubt the details have been finalised. The whole visa class was created for a silly bit of electioneering.

Basically it has been dubbed the bush visa so the big question is how DIMIA define Bush.

Just the name bush makes it sound dodgy. Applicants ought to beware of friendly fire
