We live in banksia grove and it's too bad at all, big plans here for new high school, big shopping centre and a few little village centres(as there's just two corner shops at the moment between Carramar and Banksia Grove, which is a big area),and a big park. The Last land releases here went at about 90000 a block, but that was about year or two back, they'd be a bit more now. We're just waiting for them to get started.

Hi just in the next street to us is the anchorage, one thousand houses going in there. Pick anywhere down here along the new railway line and there is a new suburb...By the way we are in Shoalwater/Rockingham. Suzette at Cedar Cottage.

We migrated to Oz in March and have since bought a house in Carramar. It has a new school, a brand new community centre opened last month and there's going to be some local drop-in shops real soon. Development for these starts in Oct/Nov. It's great for kids. We have no problem with our 5 year old daughter playing out in the street and she has made sooooo many friends. We love it here.
