i've just moved to perth 2 weeks ago, 35 y.o., no kids, started work already

am staying in freo, would like to meet up with people for coffee/bite to eat/drinks as feeling a bit friendless!

There is a charity event on Saturday at Fremantle Arts Centre....it's a volleyball compition, starts at 11am. I will probably be there from 12 onwards. It will be fun.

My brother is doing the music (DJ on the back of a truck ?!?!), his name is Piers....if you ask him where Claire is, he will point you in the right direction.... I will be there.....we can have a beer.

I am bobbins at this so, if it comes up on Lucys log in then sorry!
My name is Jason and we live just near Freo( Coogee). We love it and wont be moving anywhere now. We are ALWAYS in Freo and we have friends now who live right in town.
We have been here almsot 12 months and have gone throught ALL the " will you be my friend", awkward type stuff already. The good news is, everyone we met on here was in EXACTLY the same boat as us so, we soon felt a lot better about putting ourselves out there.
We now have a little team of people around your age( from our very first meet up, actually!) that do stuff together. BBQ's, kayaking, Cycling, going to gigs or just beers/ coffee!
We met at Little Creatures and still head down there fairly regularly.
We would be happy to meet you for a coffee or a beer or something if you like??
