Fingers crossed it looks like the new Parent Visa provisions will make it through Parliament given this Press Release by the Democrats:

How long after you emigrate on a Pr visa would you have to wait before your parents could apply to join you?
Any ideas?
Is it correct that they have to have $100 000 and place a certain amount in towards health care?
