New office space coming to Mandurah
I came across this webpage while searching for something else

It's asking for "expressions of interest" for a new business enterprise park for the Lakelands area of Mandurah. Not retail - a new shopping centre is also in the development stage. Wouldn't be industrial - not in a housing estate. So this is a first for Mandurah, getting a business park like this. I would imagine there will be a lot of job openings here, once things are up and running. More specifically, if some I.T. companies set up here that would be great news for all the long-suffering commuters to Perth, which is where all the I.T. work is at the moment.
