there are infact two different programmes - 'a new life down under' was filmed a good few years ago and was always being repeted on sky, i take it you mean this programme?:)

If you want the informative version, you should have the unedited raw footage. They only show the glossy version they want you to see, not the warts and all version. Personally, I think the show is past it's use by date.
