Smile New Life For Butchers...

Hi, Is there anyone out there whose gone to Aus as a butcher....if so whats it like and how are you coping with the change....???? We've just applied for the TRA assessment and are awaiting the reply any time now...

I was a butcher a long time ago and I feel that butchers of the world must unite, brother.

Dont know about butchery in Oz, but my mate emigrated as a baker 13 years ago and ended up being a Woolworths store manager.
