Hi - I'm Helen (age 42) and my husband is David (age 48), both from Lancashire in England. Lived in New Zealand for 8 years, now living in Robina on the Gold Coast. We are looking to meet new friends to meet for drinks, bbq, coffee etc. Have 2 children age 18 and 19.

Hi, Helen. Take a look at some of the Gold Coast vs Brisbane golf threads. Some of the long time posters here have set up meets that way. There are lots of expats over that way, so hopefully you'll meet some new friends soon.

Hi Helen, just joined this and looking for pretty much the same, I am also 42 and have kids 20 and 23, mu husband and I have recently moved to the Coast so coffee/barby/drinks would be great if you're still up for meeting new people, we live in Nerang (about 15 mins from Robina) Jane
