We are applying under s139 visa and have just found out that although our sponsorship has been accepted, one of our assurers has not and we need to submit a new Form 28. The time limit set under Migration Regulations is 49 days - is it possible to extend this if we need to and does this in anyway jeopardise our application ?????????????????????????????

Any thoughts and help much appreciated.
