welcome to the site...you use the site as you choose really. If there is anything you want to know with regards to the immigration process or the lifestyle in oz, you either post a new thread or check the search button to see if its been covered before.

If you spot something you can help other people out with then you reply accordingly, so giving something back to the site.

Give us a shout if you need a hand with anything.

Hi marknjo, i'm sure you will gather lots of info here on BE, its helped us enormously. And whatever the question someone is sure to have an answer or input.
Its also great to see how everyone else is getting on with either their application or move to OZ.
If its just some chit-chat or a laugh your after make sure to visit the Barbie.
It doesn't take that long to make some great mates.

hello cathnpaul thankyou for responding to us,got the hang of it now we think. our tra was lodged on aug 17 we still waiting,our agent told us it would be here soon. did you wait for urs long?

hi everyone this is marknjo, were from liverpool and are hoping to move to oz next september if all goes to plan.my cousin moved to a place called robina on the goldcoast and that is our destination :) fingers crossed.we just waiting on tra.

Hi guys we are heading that way too....we were on the GC in August and went to Robina. OH has not long been granted Citizenship by descent and Im about to apply for a spouse visa for me and the kids. What line of work are you in? C x :)

Hi guys :)

Your TRA should only take between 10 and 20 days from the receiving it to them making their decision. If you don't get it soon, I'd get your agent to contact them and see why it's taking so long. :)

We went through vetassess not TRA, we are on a different visa to you. I do suggest you query what is taking so long for yours as someone has mentioned. You should hear anyday if you have been successful. From what others have said the TRA is harder to do than the app. Keep your chin up anyway. x x x
